In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, certain items like underwear and as indicated by us cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original packaging or are faulty.

Where we act as an affiliate or introducer to another merchant and your contract for good or services is made with that merchant then those merchants refund policy will apply.

How do I return an existing item?

All items which are returned must be in their original condition and must include their original packaging and a completed returns form. All goods will be inspected by us on their return.

The goods you send back to us are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your returned item to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:

Please note it is very important that when you return an item, you use the returns form enclosed stating whether you want a refund or an exchange. In the event of an exchange, please state which size/colour of item you would like. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to. It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use.

So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming the action we have taken, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event, we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
