What? The British Biscuit Festival! A celebration of the humble biscuit, whether you are a dunker or not get yourself down to join the other cookie monsters out there and get involved in some serious biscuit activity. There’s a build a biscuit workshop for you to create the biscuit of your dreams, the terrific biscuit tin tournament which involves a range of biscuit themed competitions and a tea and biscuit social for you to relax with a biscuit’s best friend...the mighty cup of tea! Also, you should get involved in their tea dance which livens up the atmosphere and their Bisc-ART section where you could be crowned Bisc-ART winner 2012 for having the best creative ideas! Now, we’re very competitive here at GCG so we hope you come down and challenge us to the crown!

Where? The Brunswick Shopping Centre, Brunswick Centre, Bloomsbury, London, WC1N 1BS

When? Friday 8th June to Sunday 10th June

How Much? Free admission

london world naked bike ride 2012

What? London World Naked Bike Ride! Strip off and join around 1,000 other cyclists for this nine mile cycle around London’s landmarks in the nude! This event is in protest of cars and celebration of the human form, and a good excuse for nudists to get their kit off. This event is set to go ahead whatever the weather and everyone will meet at the Hyde Park Corner roundabout. Full nudity is optional, however, the organisers have requested that you keep your clothes on until you get there! So, why not strip off and don some body paint and join in some naked fun!

Where? Hyde Park Corner, London, W1J 7JZ

When? Saturday 9th June, meet at 3pm for a 3.30pm departure

How Much? Free to take part, as long as you have a bike

What? Shake, Rattle and Bowl! Go bowling with a twist this weekend as there’s also a compact dance floor for you to get your groove onto whilst listening to DJ’s Christian Laing, Lady Luck, the Dirty Deetees and Richard Jackson as well as Waisim Ki. The music will feature rock n roll, Motown, freakbeat, garage rock and psychedelia for a truly alternative bowling experience. Book as early as possible to guarantee yourself a table or a bowling lane!

Where? All Star Lanes, Bloomsbury Place, London, WC1B 4DA

When? Saturday 9th June from 8pm till 2am

How Much? £8.75 per person per game for bowling
